We're expanding our data team with a dedicated Data Analyst to help us drive decision-making and fuel our next-generation products and services.

About the Role

As a Data Analyst at LayerZero, you'll be at the forefront of shaping a rich data foundation for a company that's making a real impact in the web3 space.

You'll work closely with teams and leaders to uncover insights, drive decision-making, and create actionable data products for a broad group of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Writing SQL to create and expand insights in our in-house reporting solutions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to conduct ad-hoc explorations and analytics
  • Building out insights that serve the data team itself to help guide our data efforts towards cleaner and richer data
  • Composing pipelines by writing SQL code to clean, combine, refine, and aggregate data into the insights the organization needs
Requirements

We're looking for someone with previous data analyst experience and a strong background in:

  • SQL knowledge and experience
  • Data modeling, statistics, and analytics
  • General programming, with experience in Python and Go
  • Building DAG-based data pipelines and streaming real-time data pipelines
  • Blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized finance
