The Role

  • You'll lead and evolve BCAA's Corporate Purpose, Community Impact and Events, bringing community impact to life and enabling BCAA to be one of the most trusted organizations in British Columbia.
  • As an enthusiastic expert with deep understanding and knowledge of corporate citizenship and social impact principles and approaches, you'll shape BCAA's corporate purpose strategy and collaborate with all areas of the business.
  • You'll drive the Purpose and Community Impact agenda, act as an expert in social impact best practices, and support other community impact initiatives.
  • With a high functioning team, you'll lead BCAA's aspiration to become a truly Purpose-led organization.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or related experience in marketing, corporate social responsibility, and events.
  • At least five years' direct experience in a social impact, communications, business intelligence or community leadership position.
  • Exceptional creative thinking and writing skills with a natural ability to establish effective working relationships.
  • A thought leader & effective communicator to mentor & inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Bonus Qualifications: Experience in public relations and acting as a corporate spokesperson.
