Job Summary

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations, you will provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a seamless rental experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with rental needs, providing information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring callback management and A/Rs are handled efficiently.
  • Meet and greet customers, providing a friendly and welcoming experience.
  • Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effectively market the company, promoting our services and products to customers.
  • Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services.
  • May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment.
  • Responsible for notifying management of any known vehicle problems and required vehicle maintenance.
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, and run miscellaneous reports.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be fluent in French and English.
  • High school diploma or above required; some college preferred.
  • Must have at least 1 year prior customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
  • Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
