Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the food preparation area and customer service area
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
