Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Labourer to join our team at Earthscape Ontario. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of hardscape and softscape areas, including pavers, flagstone, natural stone, walls, steps, drainage, and utilities installation. You will also be involved in the construction of softscape areas such as grading, sod, garden beds, and planting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction of hardscape and softscape areas
  • Install pavers, flagstone, natural stone, walls, steps, drainage, and utilities
  • Construct softscape areas such as grading, sod, garden beds, and planting
  • Perform manual duties to maintain landscaped environments
Requirements
  • Minimum G class license
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to work at a fast pace throughout the season

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients
  • Uphold high standards for safety, construction standards, and quality control
