About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Foreman/Forewoman to join our team at Earthscape Ontario. As a key member of our Property Maintenance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional landscape maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day work activities of a landscape maintenance crew.
  • Provide onsite training to crew members in skills and methods of landscape maintenance, aligning with Earthscape's standard operating principles and quality expectations.
  • Plan labor requirements, equipment needs, and material deliveries to ensure timely completion of job(s).
  • Maintain and enforce standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, and shop/yard areas.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in ornamental horticulture and landscape maintenance.
  • Experience in a broad range of landscaping maintenance site work, including pruning, mulching, turf care, recommending and installing seasonal annuals and perennials, and hard surface care.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead a crew of lead hands and crew members to maintain award-winning residential landscapes.
  • A growth mindset, with a desire to learn and develop new skills.
  • A minimum G Class license.
