Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and clients. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring that issues are triaged or escalated as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the experience for patients, clinicians, and clients.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, triaging or escalating issues when necessary.
  • Record interactions and correspondence accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Follow up with customers and make scheduled callbacks as required.
  • Assist with internal support tickets by assigning, determining next steps, and escalating priority issues when needed.
Requirements
  • A Team Player: You're approachable, enjoy seeing others succeed, and love stepping in to support when needed.
  • A Confident Communicator: You're comfortable on the phone, have strong communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette, and can evaluate and respond to a variety of inquiries quickly.
  • Flexible: You can adapt to shifting hours and schedules as needed, including weekend work.
  • A Multi-Tasker: You can handle a high volume of requests with ease and efficiency.
