Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the experience for patients, clinicians, and clients.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, triaging or escalating issues when necessary.
- Record interactions and correspondence accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Follow up with customers and make scheduled callbacks as required.
- Assist with internal support tickets by assigning, determining next steps, and escalating priority issues when needed.
- A Team Player: You're approachable, enjoy seeing others succeed, and love stepping in to support when needed.
- A Confident Communicator: You're comfortable on the phone, have strong communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette, and can evaluate and respond to a variety of inquiries quickly.
- Flexible: You can adapt to shifting hours and schedules as needed, including weekend work.
- A Multi-Tasker: You can handle a high volume of requests with ease and efficiency.
- Experience using a ticketing system or working in a call queue.
