Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on hotel performance and guest feedback.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for a team of 1-4 people, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work as needed.
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Willing to relocate.
- Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and flexibility.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
