Job Title: Clinical Quality Improvement Leader

Fraser Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Improvement Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Quality Improvement & Patient Safety team, you will play a critical role in driving quality improvement initiatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement strategies to enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these issues.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff on quality improvement principles and practices.
  • Conduct quality improvement projects and evaluations to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and families.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a healthcare-related field.
  • Seven years of recent, related leadership experience in quality improvement roles within a large complex healthcare environment.
  • Experience in public client relations an asset.
