Role and Responsibilities

As a key member of the Performance Office team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of strategic business improvement initiatives to drive performance and growth within the Civil Business unit.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify key initiatives that optimize business processes, create value, and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective governance, tracking, and accountability mechanisms to monitor projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Establish and maintain a dashboard of key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide complete visibility on business performance.
  • Work closely with Finance to establish a systematized approach to tracking progress against metrics and reporting on performance.
  • Prioritize issues and provide strategic guidance to support key decisions and drive impact.
  • Contribute to eliminating bottlenecks and ensuring smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Conduct analysis to support high-quality problem-solving and identify potential solutions to key risks and trends.
  • Drive process discipline and rigor throughout the initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and address issues or barriers to success, and develop action plans to mitigate risks.
  • Present project progress to the SPC management team, including detailed financials.

Performance Management

You will be responsible for delivering performance management through the organization, including:

  • Translating key changes into a sustainable operating model.
  • Supporting the setup of continuous improvement mechanisms for the organization.
  • Leading full performance and change management, including goal setting and progress reporting, for the portfolio of initiatives.
  • Developing change management and communication plans to successfully implement new initiatives.

Best Practices and Strategic Objectives

You will exchange best practices across the Civil organization and leverage those best practices for the SPC business segment. You will also support the strategic and operational objective setting process.
