Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation.
  • Maintain quality control standards for food and service, ensuring that our customers receive a consistently excellent experience.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and accurate service.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Dairy Queen, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team-oriented setting.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
