Job Title: Construction Helper

Join Demo For Your Reno Inc. as a Construction Helper and contribute to the success of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the construction site.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Pave and rake asphalt to meet project requirements.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the public.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team and contribute to the success of the project.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a noisy, dusty environment.
  • Availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language of work: English.
Working Conditions:

As a Construction Helper, you will work outdoors in a construction site environment, exposed to various weather conditions. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols at all times.

What We Offer:

Demo For Your Reno Inc. offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
