Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Yard Coordinator at Cooper Equipment Rentals. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our equipment yard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wash and clean equipment to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Organize equipment in the yard to ensure easy access and efficient use
  • Maintain clean physical facilities, including the yard and surrounding areas
  • Assist with loading and unloading equipment, ensuring safe and efficient handling
  • Inspect equipment for damage upon return, report any issues, and complete service tags for all returned equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements

  • Self-starter with excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Comfortable using computers and other equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Forklift license and mechanical aptitude are assets
  • Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

Qualifications
