Job Description:
Foresters Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to join our sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a defined territory to generate sales and develop new business
- Lead by actively prospecting for new sales, as well as establishing long-lasting relationships and servicing existing clients
- Promote products through presentations, seminars, and other approaches
- Provide superior service to ensure positive experiences at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of life insurance business and products
- Skillful communicator and superior presentation skills
- LLQP certification
- High level of integrity
- Effective interpersonal skills
