Job Title: Babysitter

We are seeking a reliable and caring babysitter to join our team at Patrice Mbida Bekolo. As a babysitter, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality childcare, including bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to meet the children's dietary needs.
  • Establish a daily routine that includes activities such as games, outings, and educational programs.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the children's behavior or health to the parents.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the children, promoting their emotional and social development.
  • Collaborate with the parents to ensure a smooth transition of care and to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude towards children.
Work Environment:

The babysitter will work in a non-smoking environment, primarily at the employer's home. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.

Language:

The primary language of communication will be French, with some English proficiency desired but not required.Work Hours:

The babysitter will work approximately 30 to 45 hours per month, with flexibility to adjust to the family's needs.
