Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our food is prepared to the highest standards and that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of food and service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
- Proven track record of success in supervising and leading teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
