Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales incentives programs to achieve sales objectives while staying within allocated budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute monthly incentive programs.
  • Monitor and analyze company, industry, and competitive performance to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare forecasts and budget proposals to support sales initiatives.
  • Process dealer claims and address inquiries related to incentive payments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar field.
  • 5+ years' automotive experience, including retail experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to negotiate with and influence key stakeholders.
  • Fluency in French an asset.
