Vacancy Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our Women and Children's Health team at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff and interprofessional teams in the application of nursing knowledge and best practices.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with hospital committees and departments to advance the mission and vision of Chatham-Kent Health Alliance.
  • Utilize data and project management skills to inform resource allocation and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Masters preferred)
  • Current registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Progressive leadership experience with 3 years of management experience in a clinical setting
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a Women & Children's setting
  • Participation in quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees
  • Experience in project management and data-driven decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
  • RNAO membership
  • Advanced knowledge of CNO Guidelines and Standards of Practice
