Your Role as a Regional Payroll Specialist:
As a Regional Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing across multiple dealership locations. You'll handle payroll administration, benefits coordination, and 401K management, working closely with office managers and leadership. Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information will be critical to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Work with office managers to coordinate employee benefits
- Maintain payroll records and employee database
- Post and manage 401K contributions
- Ensure compliance with HR and tax regulations
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of payroll experience preferred
- Experience with Paychex, Netchex, or dealership accounting software (a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Knowledge of HR and tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple managers & executives
- High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
