Microsoft Power Platform Functional Lead/Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform Functional Lead/Architect to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of Power Platform based compliance solutions to streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Interact with clients to understand business requirements and demonstrate Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform solution capabilities.
- Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Create solution designs to address client business, interface, and performance requirements.
- Advise on complex Dynamics 365/Power Platform business cases and propose comprehensive solutions.
- Provide MS Dynamics SME expertise to clients and mentor team members.
- Installation, setup, and configuration of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE.
- Data migration from external systems into the Microsoft Dataverse.
- Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
- Conduct user and administrator training.
- Complete project tasks on time and under budget.
- 5 years of overall MS Dynamics 365/CRM experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with Power Platform components, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, and the Dataverse.
- Maintains Microsoft certifications with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, customizing, and administering MS Dynamics 365/CRM.
- Power Platform: experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Plans, Pipelines) is an asset.
- Testing: Test Case preparation and execution.
- Working with all phases of the SDLC process.
- Experience as an MS Dynamics 365/CRM team lead consultant in a client-facing role for MS Dynamics top tier or similar consulting organization is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to guide a project team from a functional perspective.
- Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
- Strong work ethic: Ability to work in a non-structured work environment.
