Microsoft Power Platform Functional Lead/Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Microsoft Power Platform Functional Lead/Architect team in Ottawa, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Power Platform solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement Power Platform solutions to meet client business, interface, and performance requirements
  • Install, set up, and configure Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE
  • Migrate data from external systems into the Microsoft Dataverse
  • Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
  • Provide user and administrator training
  • Ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365/CRM
  • Maintains Microsoft certifications with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
  • Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, customizing, and administering MS Dynamics 365/CRM
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Plans, Pipelines) is an asset
  • SCRUM master experience/certification is an asset
