A Day in the Life
As a key member of the Medtronic team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to inform market development plans and strategies.
- Communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing, to drive product innovation and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services
- Additional education or certifications in a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
