Job Summary

La Cie Moruzzi Ltée is seeking a skilled Polisher-Assembler to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for assembling, shaping, and polishing stone and other natural materials to meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate production
  • Adjust and maintain polishing machines to achieve optimal results
  • Verify product quality against established standards
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections
  • Communicate effectively with production team and management
  • Identify and address any quality or production issues
  • Meet production deadlines and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of stone and natural materials
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced production environment
