At Tacotime, we are seeking a Food Service Team Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality control standards.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus and ensure quality control
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
