About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at D TRANSPORT INC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Route Planning and Execution: Plan and execute routes to ensure timely delivery of goods, while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition, and perform necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Cargo Management: Manage cargo loads to ensure secure and efficient transportation, and maintain accurate records of cargo information.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Adherence to Regulations: Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to transportation, safety, and security.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Licenses and Certifications: AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, DZ class license
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit for extended periods, attention to detail, and ability to lift and move objects as needed
