We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Master Smoke Shop.
Job SummaryThe Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vape shop, ensuring that all sales and customer service standards are met. This includes supervising staff, assigning duties, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Assign sales staff to duties and tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
- Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize and maintain store inventory, including stockroom and display areas.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless store operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week in a vape shop environment.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication in this role.
