About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Web3 APIs strategy and product development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the discovery, design, implementation, and launch of our Web3 APIs, which will play a critical role in our developer strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for our Web3 APIs, aligning with our overall developer strategy.
  • Drive APIs adoption and retention, ensuring seamless integration with our internal platforms and external developer communities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and analysts, to orchestrate product development and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct user research to validate hypotheses and inform development, staying ahead of user needs, product trends, and market dynamics.
  • Define, measure, analyze, and report on user feedback, product growth, and business outcomes, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and the competitive landscape, applying this knowledge to drive product innovation and growth.
  • Work closely with our Data Lake team to ensure seamless integration and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of software product management experience, preferably in developers-facing products.
  • Strong technical background, with some development experience highly preferred.
  • Passion and interest in Web3 and blockchain, with a good understanding of Ethereum and smart contracts.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum processes, as well as tools like JIRA, Notion, Figma, GitHub, and MixPanel.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote-friendly environment.
  • Data-driven, user-focused, and analytical, with a methodical approach to prioritization and problem-solving.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a growth mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
  • Team player, inclusive leader, open to feedback, and transparent in intentions.
