Job Summary

The Senior Retail Operations Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services. This role supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance, visual merchandising, and display maintenance
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and reporting
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and development
Requirements

To be successful as a Senior Retail Operations Manager, you will need:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Prior retail and management experience
  • Able to stand for over 8 hours, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
