Job Title: Field Operations Manager - Central Ontario

CSN Collision is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team in Central Ontario. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our licensees in the region, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CSN Licensees in Central Ontario, providing guidance and support to help them grow and perform within their business operations.
  • Work closely with other departments within CSN to leverage the CSN System, including partnerships with insurers, OEMs, and vendors, local and digital marketing tools, and operational support tools.
  • Meet with each store on a quarterly basis to ensure they are getting the most out of the CSN System and to discuss business growth and performance.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, including business growth, insurance programs, and vendor utilization.
  • Identify and implement strategic action items to drive business growth and improve performance.
  • Lead virtual and in-person regional meetings to communicate CSN initiatives and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in the collision repair industry.
  • Post-secondary education in a business or field related to the collision repair industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to change and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
