Overview

At Enterprise Holdings, we're committed to providing our customers with exceptional mobility solutions. As a Management Trainee, you'll play a critical role in delivering this experience.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while also mastering the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch. You'll work closely with our team to develop new business and cultivate relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a 3-year Advanced Diploma, 4-year bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in sales, customer service, leadership, or operations.
  • Must have a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions within the last 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
