About the Role: As a Physiotherapist with CarePartners, you will provide high-quality patient care in community and home settings. Your responsibilities include professional assessment of patients, developing effective care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams, and promoting independence in clients. You will also work independently, provide guidance on workplace Health and Safety, and perform other duties as required.

What You Bring: To succeed in this role, you must have a Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy from a recognized university, registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, proven computer skills, strong assessment skills, and excellent English verbal and written communication skills. French language skills are an asset. You must also possess a reliable vehicle for regular travel and a clear Background and Vulnerable Sector Check.
