As a physiotherapist with CarePartners, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care through:
- Professional assessment of patients in the community and in their homes
- Developing and maintaining effective Care Plans in collaboration with the Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS)
- Providing active guidance for workplace Health and Safety
- Performing other duties as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
- Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Proven computer skills, including email, word processing, and work scheduling systems
- Strong assessment skills and the ability to participate in effective treatment programs
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- French language skills are an asset
