About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Danma Kitchen Cabinets Ltd. as a Precision Fabrication Specialist. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality components and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain CNC Machines: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and components, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Read and Interpret Engineering Drawings: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to understand production requirements.
  • Repair and Maintain Machine Tools: Repair and maintain machine tools and parts to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Set Up and Adjust Production Machinery: Set up and adjust production machinery to meet specific production requirements.
  • Fabricate and Assemble Components: Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Maintain quality control by verifying dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments.
  • Document and Report: Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances, and maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
