About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Danma Kitchen Cabinets Ltd. as a Precision Fabrication Specialist. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality components and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain CNC Machines: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and components, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
  • Manufacturing Expertise: Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in CNC machining or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent understanding of CNC machining principles and practices.
    • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
