We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Superintendent to join our team at Hall Constructors. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project execution plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in civil construction, with a strong background in project execution and management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage project finances and resources effectively.
