We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pediatrician to join our team at the Saskatchewan Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional medical care to children in a rural area.
About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a Pediatrician who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat diseases and physiological disorders in children.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat diseases and physiological disorders in children
- Conduct medical research on human disorders, illnesses, preventive or curative methods
- Prescribe medication and treatment
- Refer patients for surgery
- Treat diseases and physiological disorders
- Prepare research papers for publication and presentation
- Act as consultants to other physicians
- Order laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures
- Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
- Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II)
- Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Certification Examination
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
