Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at beBee Professionals in Moose Jaw, Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide essential care and support to clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility, as well as provide support with medication administration and daily exercises.
  • Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals, ensuring timely interventions and optimal care.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and supportive environment for clients.
  • Assist with light household duties, such as cleaning and meal preparation, to maintain a safe and comfortable living space.
Requirements
  • Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Canada, with a strong foundation in caregiving principles and practices.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy towards clients, with the ability to build strong relationships and trust.
  • Physical ability to perform lifting and supporting movements, with a focus on client safety and well-being.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of clients and the organization.
