Job Title: Administrator, Land & Community

Cordelio Power, a leading renewable energy company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator, Land & Community to support its land-related activities across North America.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing land and community-related payments, generating payment statements, and coordinating the execution of real estate agreements. This role will also involve working with internal stakeholders, landowners, and external legal counsel to process transfers of property and collect necessary documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process land and community-related payments, including property tax reimbursements, using Pandell LandWorks and NetSuite.
  2. Assist with generating payment escalations and royalty calculations.
  3. Generate, save, and send payment statements connected to payments made on a weekly basis.
  4. Coordinate the execution process of real estate agreements with the legal team and executive team.
  5. Work with the accounting team to set up new landowners or entities as new vendors and verify accompanying documentation.
  6. Process transfers of property and collect necessary documentation from landowners, including payment directives, payment authorization forms, W-9s, and Assignment and Assumption Agreements.
  7. Assist the Land Team with agreement input into Pandell LandWorks as needed.
  8. Contribute to the preparation of landowner and/or community-related events.
  9. Track and monitor expenses against land/community-related budgets.
  10. Create and manage spreadsheets to track tasks, agreements, and coordinate activities with other colleagues and stakeholders.
  11. Input and update data and agreement commitments in Pandell LandWorks and Asana.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent and relevant experience will be considered.
  2. 1-2 years' experience in a similar administrative or relevant role.
  3. Strong attention to detail and precise record-keeping skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Exceptional time management skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  6. Basic understanding of accounting processes, payment cycles, and calculations.

  2. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and adapt to different project management tools, software, and processes.
  3. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated impact in previous roles.
Travel Requirements

Up to 10% primarily domestically (U.S. and Canada), including travel to remote project locations, company facilities, and technical conferences.

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation range for this position is CAD $60,000-75,000 per year. Cordelio provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, health savings account, wellness spending account, paid time off, short-term, and long-term disability benefits.
