About the RoleAs a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our digital engagement software suite, specializing in computer vision for Visitor InSight audience measurement and Retail Lift-and-Learn solutions. You will own the identification, specifications, and testing plan for our supported hardware, including cameras, CPUs, and edge servers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Define and prioritize feature sets based on customer requirements, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to translate product vision into actionable development plans.
- Conduct in-depth customer research to understand pain points, user behaviors, and emerging needs.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product performance and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product management roles in a software environment focused on Web-based business applications; computer vision experience required.
- Solid understanding of AI and machine learning principles, particularly as applied to computer vision technologies.
- Ability to translate business needs into identifiable technical specifications for hardware that meets both operational requirements and engineering constraints.
- Exposure to hardware components and ability to work with engineering on specifications/requirements to support customer use cases.
- Strong understanding of technology, including software development and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with track record of driving product innovation and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Team player with strong leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
