About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our digital engagement software suite, specializing in computer vision for Visitor InSight audience measurement and Retail Lift-and-Learn solutions. You will own the identification, specifications, and testing plan for our supported hardware, including cameras, CPUs, and edge servers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and refine product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals and market trends.
  2. Define and prioritize feature sets based on customer requirements, market research, and competitive analysis.
  3. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to translate product vision into actionable development plans.
  4. Conduct in-depth customer research to understand pain points, user behaviors, and emerging needs.
  5. Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases.
  6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product performance and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product management roles in a software environment focused on Web-based business applications; computer vision experience required.
  • Solid understanding of AI and machine learning principles, particularly as applied to computer vision technologies.
  • Ability to translate business needs into identifiable technical specifications for hardware that meets both operational requirements and engineering constraints.
  • Exposure to hardware components and ability to work with engineering on specifications/requirements to support customer use cases.
  • Strong understanding of technology, including software development and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with track record of driving product innovation and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • Team player with strong leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
