Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Information Technology Portfolio Strategy and Planning Lead to coordinate strategic portfolio planning and develop criteria for evaluation and proposals.
- Establish reporting mechanisms, including dashboards, to monitor progress, budgets, and schedules of initiatives and projects.
- Perform day-to-day portfolio activities, including monitoring progress, budgets, and schedules of initiatives and projects.
- Establish a communication plan and calendar to ensure effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of portfolio management methodologies and ability to manage portfolio activities to meet goals.
- Preferred project management professional (PMP) or portfolio management professional (PfMP) certification.
- Entry-level project/portfolio manager with less than 3 years of experience.
- Agile methodology and experience with PowerBI and other reporting tools.
- Planview modules and Azure DevOps.
- French language proficiency.
