About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at PETRO-CANADA. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail stores, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, manage sales floor operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Order merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of stock levels and sales data.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage store budgets, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods, a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English.
