About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, executing marketing directives, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of store leaders and associates to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the store's consumer base and effectively communicate product needs to influence product assortment
  • Plan and direct day-to-day store operations, ensuring high store standards and a positive environment for employees and customers
  • Forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to optimize staffing levels
  • Develop diverse associates and leaders to prepare them for career growth and company success
How You'll Make a Difference
  • Lead the store team to develop, evaluate, and coach staff to maintain high levels of service and quality
  • Inspire, educate, guide, and develop diverse associates and keyholders to meet short- and long-range growth plans
  • Deliver on operating budgets and manage expense control within division guidelines
  • Ensure accuracy of all functions related to store operations, including Front and Back of House Operations
  • Perform timely completion of recordkeeping associated with applicants, new hires, payroll, performance reviews, coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels through effective replenishment, organization, shrink control, and communication
  • Communicate regularly with Area/District Manager providing relevant market information and employee successes and challenges
You Have:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree, or applicable certification or equivalent experience
  • 5 years functional experience
  • Experience managing individual contributors and a department or acting as a lead
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems
  • Skill operating a Point of Sales (POS) system, and various software packages
Job Conditions:
  • Frequently work in a more active environment that can be physical or strenuous in nature
  • Occasionally require the ability to work in place
  • Able to clearly communicate with others
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, which may change seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends or forecasts
Estimated Salary:

$65,300 - $87,100 per year
