Courier Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Courier Service Supervisor to join our team at Packaging Depot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Plans: Create specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient mail and package handling operations.
  • Mail and Package Handling: Organize the process of incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Task Management: Assign and review work, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Supervision: Supervise postal activities, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on mail and package handling operations, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring a high level of competence and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
