Courier Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Courier Service Supervisor to join our team at Packaging Depot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Prioritize Tasks: Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of time.
  • Mail and Package Operations: Organize the process of incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Supervise Postal Activities: Supervise postal activities, including the coordination and review of work.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on mail and package operations, providing insights for process improvement.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: Proficient in English.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
