Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Kidz in the Rockies Ltd. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of young children in a child care centre or day care centre setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Lead engaging activities, including storytelling, singing, and educational outings to local points of interest.
  • Collaborate with early childhood educators and supervisors to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless program implementation.
  • Engage children in various activities, promoting their cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Assist children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Stay up-to-date with licensing regulations and establish clear guidelines for behaviour.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field.
  • Basic security clearance and a criminal record check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Reliability and a strong team player attitude.
