Your Role:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, and external CDMO partners to drive the development and delivery of novel radiolabeled diagnostic compounds. You will play a key role in shaping our radiopharmaceutical development program, enabling you to see the direct results of your contributions and grow alongside a passionate team.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for defining project goals and timelines, supervising junior radiochemists, and driving process improvements. You will also develop quality control procedures, analytical methods, and specifications for radiopharmaceutical drug products in coordination with analytical chemists and external partners (CROs, CDMOs). Additionally, you will author and review technical documents (SOPs, reports, test methods, regulatory documents), ensuring compliance with radiation safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Sc. in Radiochemistry, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Nuclear Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. You must also be proficient in analytical methods like HPLC, radio-HPLC, radio-TLC, and quality control for radiopharmaceutical production.

Strong project leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven experience working in managing cross-functional projects with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently is also required.
