Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Banking Vice President to join our team in the Global Financial Institutions Group at BMO Financial Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of Insurance companies and developing strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate or commercial banking and lending, with expertise in credit underwriting, transaction structuring, and client management within the Insurance sector. They will also possess advanced deal execution and project management skills, as well as the ability to create and deliver professional presentations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned banking professional to leverage their skills and experience to drive success in our team.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of Insurance companies, including credit underwriting, transaction structuring, and client management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with sector coverage partners to cover clients and prospects and identify creative solutions.
  • Create and deliver professional presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or accounting, with high academic achievement.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in corporate or commercial banking and lending, with expertise in the Insurance sector.
  • Advanced deal execution and project management skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver professional presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Insurance credit analysis.
