We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway (1041956 BC). As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Staff Management: Hire food service staff, establish work schedules, and prepare and submit reports.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding work setting. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and stand for extended periods.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
