We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Evaluator with strong interpersonal, communication, and program evaluation skills to join our client, a leader in health research, on a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and co-lead evaluation and quality improvement projects related to education and healthcare programs.
- Conduct literature reviews, design data collection tools, and perform both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Develop and write reports, contribute to publications, and assist with proposal writing.
- Draft and submit evaluation protocols to relevant ethics boards.
- Support the tracking and reporting of strategic education metrics, contributing to the creation of annual reports.
- Engage in scholarship related to evaluation, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in this area.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the evaluation process.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in program evaluation, with a focus on health sciences or educational research environments.
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
- Experience with RedCap, Survey Monkey, and advanced data analysis software (SPSS, R, NVIVO).
- Strong knowledge of working with databases.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as creative problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage and adapt to diverse work environments and conditions.
- Capability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Master's degree in evaluation, public health, or a related discipline.
- Hybrid work model, 2 days a week in office.
- 6% vacation pay in lieu.
- 14% health and dental benefit pay in lieu.
- Option to enroll in the Health Care of Ontario Pension Plan.
