  • Requirements Analysis
    • Analyze the requirements of our organization to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Negotiation and Contracting
    • Negotiate offers from suppliers to ensure the best possible terms and conditions.
    • Determine contract terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
  • Logistics and Operations
    • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including transportation and delivery schedules.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a procurement or supply chain role, with a focus on equipment, materials, and business services.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Working Conditions

    • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Work Schedule
    • 30-50 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
